What is Jamships

BGK Jamships. Ano nga ba at para san ang grupong to? Bakit me Jamships? Anong eksena nito?

Jamships. Nagsimula to sa isang pagkakaibigang nabuo sa World Wide Web. Tama. Internet. Imposible mang isipin, pero totoong pagkakaibigan ang namagitan sa 8 babaeng nagkakila-kilala sa POL, ranging from early teenagers, to mid-twenties. Naging magkakaibigan kami dahil sa iisang pagkakapareho -- ang pagkahilig sa basketbol at pagiging tagahanga ng itinuturing na pinakapopular na PBA team, ang Barangay Ginebra Kings. Masayang pagkakaibigan na hindi ininda ang pagiging magkakaiba ng ugali, ng pananaw sa buhay, hindi ininda ang layo ng distansya o ng katotohanang hindi pa kami nagkikita-kita. Napaka-ideal. Pero aaminin kong hindi kami perpekto. Sino bang hindi nagkakamali? Pero tanggap namin ang mga flaws ng bawat isa. Naging matatag ang pagkakaibigan sa maikling panahon. Di lumaon, nagkaron kami ng maraming kaibigan at nagsimulang tumanggap ng miyembro -- naisip naming buksan ang pamilyang ito sa kagustuhang magkaroon ng mas maraming kaibigan at kachikahan tungkol sa paborito naming koponan. Mula kay AM, kay Gracey, hanggang sa ngayon ay halos hirap na rin akong mag GM o group message. Anu bang trip namin? Ang Jamships, gaya ng lagi kong sinasabi, we're not just an ordinary BGK fans club or fan listing. This is friendship that started from being a Ginebra fan. Hindi man kami magkakapareho sa maraming bagay, may iilang tatatak sa isip mo sa oras na makilala mo kami. Jamships is all about friendship and undying, unconditional love for the Barangay Ginebra Kings.

Hello all! It's been a while since I last updated this blogsite, please accept my apologies. Been very busy, really. Re: the membership, well, it was actually overlooked by one of the core members, again, sorry. She missed all your emails, huhu. I will & actually am in the process of getting in touch with the applicants as we speak. Re: the birthday section, don't worry, will have Gracey work on this. Again, sorry. Belated happy birthday to our May celebrators. To our June babies, sorry, will have this updated talaga. Thanks to Pat, for helping me out with this -- applicants. Also, our friendster account, please include all the members' names in the profile -- para cute.. hihihi.. we also have our own yahoogroups although this is quite outdated already. Hehe. Barangay Ginebra spoils Coca Cola

Led with as much as 42 points, Kings started strong, ended with too much of a composure as they rallied to spoil Tigers in their May 20 game held at the Big Dome.

Ronald Tubid, is once again, the Kings' dependable hero as he led with 20 points while David Noel shared 18 points & 18 rebounds.

Kings is now a win away from getting that outright Semifinals berth.

Muli, prayers mga kabarangay! It works. We've proven that, many times over.

Cancelled Ginebra-Alaska game, will be played this May 22nd

Just got an alert from Google.. this is regarding last Saturday's game -- twas between our very own Kings vs Aces -- that has been cancelled. The game will be played on Friday, May 22 at the Araneta Coliseum, and it will be played from the start. Violent reactions, guys? Well, ganun talaga. Di bale, mananalo at mananalo pa rin naman ang Ginebra kahit ilang beses pa ulitin yung game e. Lol. The Kings-Aces duel will be the main game of May 22's doubleheader that will also feature San Miguel Beer vs Coca Cola game.

Ian, call ticketnet now! Magsisiluwas ang mga Uragon, bitin sila sa game e! Wahahaha!

Hayeee!! Musta mga kabarangay! Tagal kong nawala, busy.. sa kung anu-ano.. anyway, usapang barangay, we're at 3rd spot now! Barangay Ginebra Kings is at 3rd spot now! Whoa! Lemme repeat that.. Whoa! Hahaha! Kasi naman, from 1-5 standing, we're at 7-5 now! Amazing, amazing! Our team by the way is in Legazpi na by this time. Flight nila kanina 9am. Huhu, tagal ko na di nakakapunta ng practice, dami ko nang utang na pictures sa inyo.. promise, babawi ako. :)
